* Additional nights beyond thirty nights are charged at appropriate daily or weekly rates
Additional information:
- An additional 5% is discounted for seniors 65 years of age and older.
- Guests may receive up to two (2) house keys at the time of check-in. Keys must be returned at the time of check-out. A charge of $25.00 will be made for any key not returned at the time of check-out.
- Guests may park only in the assigned/numbered space for unit 407. Other vehicles [e.g. guest's family, visitors or invitees] may park in any unassigned/unreserved space in the parking lot.
- If desired, housekeeping services [i.e., floor care, change of bed linens, change of towels] can be provided on a weekly [i.e., every seven days] basis for any stay over fourteen consecutive nights.
- Sorry, but the Casita is not equipped to accommodate pets.
- The Casita is a non-smoking facility. A cleaning/fumigating/deodorizing fee of $250.00 will be charged to guests who smoke in the Casita.
