La Casita Del Sol Rental Agreements

Because some guests remain for a month or longer, La Casita Del Sol, L.C., is required to identify as "vacation rental" as opposed to a "guesthouse", and we are legally obliged to use a more detailed guest agreement form that clearly identifies the terms of the vacation rental.

If you reserve dates with La Casita, we will email you a copy of this agreement with the appropriate dates and fees noted. We ask that your print a hard copy of the agreement, sign it as indicated, and return the agreement to us with a check or money order in the amount of the deposit indicated. We will email you a written confirmation of your reservation.
